Excellent service as always!

5 stars doesn't justify their 10 star service!

I work for an oilfield company in Williston ND and we have been told that we are not priority due to our fleet company not purchasing the truck from Williston Auto. I had a pickup towed to their shop on 1/3/19 and as of March 4th they havn't even had time to diagnose the truck. And when I asked if I should take it somewhere else, the service writer laughed and told us"yes please do" since its warranty work they dont make any money on it. So...we hired a tow company to take it to Ryan Chevrolet in Minot ND and they had it done in less than a week. Its sad that we have to wait 3 months and have to haul it to another dealer. All the folks at Ryan Chevrolet are amazing and put Williston Auto to shame, They are so polite and service quality is next to none. Chevy really needs to look at Williston Auto, the store is old and run down, no parking,terrible service and I would be embarrassed to have my authorized Chevy dealer look like that, So sad.
