Sales lady Jessica was very helpful. I purchased a used van from her. I have been happy with her pre and post sales. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Also a nice and clean storefront.

friendly and courtous people. the time frame for someone from out of town is fairly long.

Quick and waiting area is nice. They have a toy room for children and you can even check out tablets.

Have to praise my service writer (can't remember his name but he has a long beard and gauged ears!). Wonderful experience, he walked around my truck with me when I checked it in, and was great. When I picked it up, he not only told me where it was parked but he walked out with me to make sure everything with the install was up to my expectations. Even had a bottle of water in the cup holder. BTW, Terry in his new position lining up the check in process is amazing. I miss buying trucks from him but this is a great place to have a guy like Terry!
