Adam DesRoches was a real pleasure to work with at Jim Ryan Chevrolet. I was interested in purchasing a used Chevy 2500HD pickup that they had listed online. Because I live so far away from the dealership, Adam went beyond the call of duty providing tremendous detail and emailing me lots of photos and even a short video of truck running. He also made the long distance purchase very simple with all of paperwork being sent to me very quickly. After I purchased truck and I arranged for delivery through third party transport company, I was not disappointed when truck was delivered.

Too many Ryan dealers. They need to build a auto mall to showcase all the makes they sell.
