I finally was called back a week later with a better proposal for the truck I ended up buying from them. In the end I'm very happy. I will not give a 5 star because I think their communication could be worked on. But I'm very happy otherwise!

So went to Ryan Chevrolet to get a "free" oil change. Appt was at 1:00. It is now 2:30 and I'm still here. Now they showed me my AC filter which was quite dirty and they want to change it for $79. So I said ok but this oil change wasn't free was it? Also I had the car in here last year for an oil change and then they discovered that the air filter had a mouse nest and they thought I'd better get it changed. So I did but they never showed me the filter, said it smelled too bad and they just threw it. Funny they didn't discover the dirty AC filter at that time wasn't it! I was actually scheduled a week before this appointment but had to reschedule because they were running 2 and a half hours behind. If I would have kept that one, I'd have been there til midnight at the rate they were going!
