Bought a 2015 from Chris Fast. I knew what I wanted and got what I wanted and so much more! He did great at taking care of my headlight issue and my key fob.As for Vic in finance he was great until my paperwork was lost. My car was totaled and I turned in my paperwork to get my taxes back I paid on my new car. Waited the time frame and then was told my paperwork was missing and never submitted. Spoke with Nicole F. Who was very nice and was offered to have a check cut for the amount I was owed until a new document came in from my bank. I asked to pick it up vs. mailing it. On Thursday I was told it would be ready next week. I called in Monday and left a voicemail and no call back, called twice on Tuesday and left a voicemail. I came into Ryan and spine with Brittany and received my check in Wednesday.Outside of all these minor but major issues it had been a great experience.
